Even from a distance, you can see the massive cave entrance which is 20m wide and 18m high. From this point, you will be accompanied by guides into the depths of the mountain. The entire system of caves stretches over a total length of about 42km, with only about 1km being covered by ice, however. With the aid of historic carbide lamps, you will investigate the Ice Palace, the Giants’ Castle and the Ice Queen’s Veil. These naturally formed ice sculptures and shapes will fill you with delight!

Inside the ice caves, the average temperature is about 0°C, even in the summer, which is why you should certainly take warm clothing for the one-hour-long tours.
