Cancellations

Room cancellations must be made in writing. There is no penalty for cancellations made prior to 3 months before your scheduled arrival date. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, you will be charged for 3 days. Less than 1 month prior to arrival, we will charge you 80% of the rate for your full stay.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness, or the death of the policy holders, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents before or during the scheduled vacation.
